Ruth Metcalf is great with details and amazingly very prompt with communication any time of day or night. We were in escrow with an amazing home and she managed to up her game by still working and finding me a better home that we ended up closing on. To me this shows that she has integrity and is honest because she could have easily remained quite with her new find and simply collected the commission. Instead she proved she really cares about her client and did the right thing. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for her as an agent.

So I was super stressed out because I was moving from out of town and only had one day to look at rentals. Boy did Loretta Barber deliver!

I appreciated that she took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for ahead of time. She then took us to a range of places within our budget. Loretta was clearly very well informed about the area and was able to give us a sense of what might work best with our lifestyle. She ended up showing us a place that had come on the market that day and we were able to put in the application the same day!

Working with Lyn Cotwright was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive and positive through the entire experience. It was my first time purchasing a property so I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly. I feel like I was a difficult customer because I wanted to see everything at random times through the day. I can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail that Keller Williams Westlake Village and my outstanding Realtor, Debbie Hake provided my husband and I on the resent sale of our home. The buyers Agents from Keller Williams Porter Ranch caused many delays in processing paperwork and two delays in the close of escrow. These delays caused us several thousand dollars in tax penalties. Debbie did an outstanding job making sure the buyers Agents followed protocol to avoid further delay.

If you are looking for a Realtor that will fight for you MIlli Rivezzo is the one for you. Barbara and I had to move out of an Apartment we had been renting for 3 years and we started looking at the possibility of buying a house.
