  • Camarillo Premium Outlets: One of the most popular shopping destinations in Southern California, this massive open-air mall features over 150 designer and brand-name outlet stores, including Versace, Tory Burch, and Nike.
  • Camarillo Old Town: A charming, walkable district along Ventura Boulevard filled with local boutiques, antique stores, and a variety of independent restaurants like Kay’s Coffee Shop and several local craft breweries.

History & Culture

  • Camarillo Ranch House: A stunning 1892 Queen Anne Victorian mansion that was once the home of city founder Adolfo Camarillo. It offers docent-led tours and is famous for its association with the rare Camarillo White Horses.
  • Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Museum: Located at the Camarillo Airport, this museum houses an impressive collection of flyable WWII-era combat aircraft. It often hosts events where visitors can see these vintage "warbirds" in action.
  • WWII Aviation Museum & Research Center: Also known as the Western Foundation of Vertebrate Zoology, this unique research center houses one of the largest collections of bird eggs and nests in the world.
