Real estate has a way of revealing what people are made of and since 2009 it’s been the lens through which I’ve built businesses, created wealth, and learned what it truly takes to help others do the same.
Immediately after the market crashed in 2009 I started selling real estate as a solo agent. What followed was a decade and a half of building, adjusting, scaling, and starting over, smarter and more strategic each time.
Along the way, I’ve grown a team, launched a brokerage, acquired my largest competitor and merged brokerages, and eventually sold successfully to a competitor. I’ve also purchased, rehabbed, and sold more than 30 investment properties. I can confidently say I understand real estate not just as a career, but as a vehicle for genuine wealth creation.

I’ve also taken my entrepreneurial curiosity outside the MLS. in 2016 I purchased and operated an 18-hole golf course for nearly a decade, developing a restaurant and wedding venue on the property before selling it in 2025. That experience sharpened a different kind of business thinking, one I bring into how I coach and lead business owners today.
At KW World Class, my focus is on the people inside our business. My goal is to help agents in the Conejo Valley and greater Ventura County to stop trading time for transactions and start building something that lasts. That means clearer systems, smarter decisions, and a culture where doing right by clients and growing your own financial future aren’t in conflict — they’re the same goal.
