Terri Arias was born and raised in Wampum, PA. She is a proud mother of two amazing
daughters and grandmother of three grandchildren. Later in life, Terri moved to Denver, CO, and she currently resides in Southern CA.
In 2004, Terri obtained her Real Estate License and began her successful career in real estate. Her dedication and skills soon led her to become the Team Leader for Keller Williams Westlake Village, where she earned recognition as a hall of fame Team Leader within Keller Williams.
After more than a decade in this role, Terri transitioned to the position of Operating Principal for Keller Williams Rancho Cucamonga and soon after for Keller Williams Westlake Village.
Under her leadership, all her market centers have thrived in many different economies. More recently, Gary Keller personally asked Terri to relaunch Keller Williams Encino/Sherman Oaks as the Operating Principal, further solidifying her reputation as a key leader in the industry.
Terri is married to Steve Henneberry, famously known as Tower from the hit TV show American Gladiators. Together, they have enjoyed prepping for the Masters Nationals in bodybuilding.
Terri also loves riding Harleys with Steve, traveling with him and the family, and also special vacations with her daughters, embracing every opportunity for adventure and family time.
