Susan’s true passion is everything real estate! From designing, building, and investing in her own properties to helping others secure their dream home, invest in real estate, or sell their property. Her extremely strong work ethic and focus stem from her executive positions in the corporate and entertainment fields. She also holds a real estate license in both California and Hawaii.
While in Hawaii, she became a top realtor for Coldwell Banker and then moved on to serve as VP of Marketing for the #1 Luxury Real Estate company on the Hawaiian Islands where she worked with hundreds of realtors to help them best market client properties and helped expand the brand to cover Vacation Rentals, Property Management, and Project Developments.
When Susan and her husband moved to Southern California, they fell in love with the Conejo Valley, and Susan joined Keller Williams, the top real estate brand for sales volume in all of Ventura County. In her first full year at Keller Williams, Susan received an award for being in the top ten for individual sales volume among hundreds of agents in her office.
Currently, Susan is involved in numerous philanthropic cases and is an Ambassador for both the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce. A huge animal advocate, Susan also makes sure a portion of everything she earns goes to supporting reputable animal causes.
