Her journey in real estate began when she joined a top-producing team in Southern California in January 2011, where she helped run and grow the business. Stephanie fine-tuned her skills and took pride in being part of a successful team, consistently achieving top results. Realizing it was time to create her own brand, she developed the Stephanie Gavin Group, which now consists of experienced Realtors, an assistant, transaction coordinators, a marketing director, and full media team.

Her approach is hands-on and personal – treating every client as part of her own family, with great attention to detail and care. As a wildfire victim expert, Stephanie brings a deeply personal perspective to her real estate practice. In 2018, she lost her family home of over 30 years in the devastating Woolsey Fire in Oak Park. This experience has shaped her understanding of the challenges faced by homeowners affected by wildfires, and she is committed to helping clients navigate the unique aspects of buying or selling homes in fire-prone areas. Her personal experience, combined with her expertise, allows her to provide invaluable guidance to those in need of support during difficult times.
Her team’s knowledge of Ventura & Los Angeles counties and beyond is extensive. Having attended Oak Park Unified School District, she has firsthand knowledge of the local exceptional schools, which is why she chose to raise her three young children near her childhood home. She is passionate about her community and is deeply invested in its success.
After graduating from UC Irvine with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, Stephanie followed her passion for helping others by becoming a Licensed Realtor at the start of 2011. Over the years, she has consistently ensured smooth transactions while setting new records for high sales in various neighborhoods. Stephanie’s greatest priorities include maintaining clear communication with her clients throughout the entire process, answering questions promptly, and providing guidance with a compassionate heart, ensuring they make the best possible decisions during their home buying and selling journey.
When not selling homes, Stephanie loves spending time with her three children (ages 8, 12, and 14), her husband, pup, and friends. She also loves to run and has now competed in 3 full marathons, the most recent one being the Ventura Marathon which will be sending her to New York in 2026 and Boston and Chicago in 2027. Steph knows the discipline, grit and power that running has taught her has greatly carried over to the way she attacks her business daily.
