Raised in California’s Central Valley within a multi-generational real estate family, Rachel developed a strong foundation in the industry. She began her career specializing in farm, ranch, and recreational properties, gaining hands-on experience in land valuation, negotiations, and complex transactions under the mentorship of her father, a cattle rancher and the former Managing Broker of California for Hayden Outdoors, a leading national land brokerage.
In addition, she has supported managing partners and executive teams within law firms, further strengthening her discretion, organization, and ability to manage complex workflows.
