A Pacific Northwest native, Rachael grew up in a large family, shuttling between the family’s ranch in eastern Oregon and the big-city life of Seattle, where she developed and nurtured a love for music, animals, and skills of making sense out of chaos. Much of her youth was spent studying Music (“Everything from Opera to Ozzy.”), Psychology, and the Business of Entertainment.
After college, she worked for a multi-brand motorcycle dealership as a Project Manager, and then spent five years as a Communications Manager for an international home improvement retailer. In these roles, she developed a strong foundation in operations, communications & marketing, and white-glove customer service. In 2021 Rachael traded the rainy PNW for the California sun and soon after began a career as Sr. Manager of Marketing and Operations for a boutique brokerage, helping to develop a concierge-level agent services and marketing team.
It was there she learned the importance of creating thoughtful, personalized experiences for every agent and their clients. Her diverse background has shaped the way she approaches real estate—with a focus on genuine connection, attention to detail, and exceptional service and growth. Rachael is incredibly proud to bring that experience and perspective to her work with the Keller Williams World Class family.
