I’m very active, big on family, and I enjoy things that are hands-on and challenging. Strength training and strongman have been a part of my life for years, and through that, I’ve earned a few competitive titles, including 2× LA’s Strongest Man and 805 Strongest Man.
When I’m not training, I’m usually chasing something fun that gets people together. Escape rooms are a favorite; I’ve done more than 60 across Southern California and Vegas, and I still get way too invested every time. Game nights with friends and family, cooking at home, and any excuse to bring people around a table are time well spent in my book.
I’m naturally optimistic and straightforward, and I place a high value on hard work and honest conversations. I respect people who take pride in what they do and don’t forget to enjoy the process along the way.
