Candy Li grew up in Hong Kong and graduated in Australia with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management.
She has been working in Hong Kong and Singapore in the marketing field for more than 15 years. She used to be a Product Manager to help companies to launch products, therefore, she had to analyze the market condition together with competitive product analysis to create a launch plan with the right pricing, marketing and distribution strategies. This is like selling a home by understanding the market condition, providing significant insight of competitive market analysis (CMA) for her customers’ pricing, following up every job to achieve the aim.
In 2017, her immigration application sponsored by her sister was approved, she then came over to the US with a family of 4. She believed she had made the right choice for her son and daughter. Because better education and broadening career choice in the US can help her kids in the future. She settled in Newbury Park, the city where her sister is living in, and she is still staying there now. She loves Newbury Park because of the nice neighborhood, good environment, and feeling security together with a lot of good schools. She enjoys a peaceful life with her family and friends. She loves cooking, enjoys traveling and playing ping pong when she has time.
The reason why she chose to work in the real estate industry is because there is no age limit, she can meet new friends and help them to reach their real estate goals. She feels happy when seeing customers achieve their wants. She is a positive thinker, a resilient lady and believes if she works with the bottom of her heart, her customers can feel it. That’s why she has her slogan “Your satisfaction, My focus”.
