Ainsley Hughes is an Ojai-based REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers in Ojai and surrounding communities in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
Ainsley got her start in real estate in 2004 as a weekend receptionist at a Santa Barbara real estate brokerage while attending UC Santa Barbara. She later moved to Portland, became a licensed Oregon real estate broker, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties across Oregon and Washington, from condominium communities and multifamily properties to commercial and high-rise buildings. Since earning her California real estate license in 2019, Ainsley has focused on residential sales in Ojai and the surrounding communities.
Today, she draws on that broad experience to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions when buying or selling a home. She has further developed her expertise in seller representation, negotiation, and sustainable real estate, earning the Seller Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and GREEN designations.
Ainsley lives in Ojai with her husband and two sons. Outside of real estate, she enjoys gardening and growing fruits and vegetables, tending to her backyard chickens, taking on projects around the house, and spending time outdoors with her family.
